From the beginning
With 21 years combined experience in the dental industry, there is no issue A&E Dental Engineering cannot deal with. Our engineers have extensive training and experience in not only engineering and manufacturing of dental products, but also in plumbing, heating and electrical trades.
Our mission
Our aim is to be the first port of call whenever you have an issue. We always establish a rapport and friendship with our customers, providing you with that personal touch, which helps us provide the best experience to our customers on every occasion. We endeavour to solve the majority of problems over the phone, preventing a call out and an instant solution.
As with all good friends, we are there for you, when you need us, be it after hours or at the weekend, even on Sundays. This allows us to achieve our goal of preventing ANY down-time, as we understand this is what hurts a practice most.
Our aim is to achieve excellent service and response to our customers on every occasion. Our skilled technicians are always on hand, with 96% of all emergency call out’s resolved same day.
